Being the most important company in the sector of animal nutrition and agroenergy, we are committed to the productive and sustainable development of the area. We are dedicated to the creation of distinct value from the soy processing, and through the manufacturing and commercialisation of bioenergies and nutrition solutions for developing the cattle, pig and poultry production.
Given its chemical characteristics, this liquid and renewable biofuel can be used in different diesel-cycle engines as a replacement or a complement of fossil diesel.
It is obtained from the triglycerides in soybean oil by means of an industrial process of transesterification.
It complies with the quality standards required by standards ASTM D6751, EN 14214 and Resolution 828/2010 of the National Energy Department.
This is the oil obtained from the soybean extraction process whose gums and mucilages are removed by centrifugation for industrial purposes, such as the raw material used to produce biodiesel and food grade products.
This substance is derived from the process of oil transesterification in the production of biodiesel. It is an excellent ingredient for manufacturing products of diverse markets: cosmetics, food, medicine, alcohols, plastics and paints.
This derivative from the soybean oil extraction contains a great emulsifying power. It is usually used in paints, plastics, and the pharmaceutical and food-processing industry.
This protein source is produced from the grinding and degreasing of soybeans. It is highly digestive and has sensory stability. Since it is protein-rich, this product is used for manufacturing balanced food.
This high-quality protein and fibre source is obtained from the hot dehulling of soybeans. It contains high levels of short fibre, medium protein content and high metabolizable energy, and it is highly digestive (2,900 kcal/kg MS). It is used for animal feeding.
Pelletised hi-pro soy flour. This presentation allows to streamline the plant operating and logistic costs, minimising reductions.
In the Industrial Park at Frías, province of Santiago del Estero, Viluco has the only industrial complex of soybean crushing and biodiesel production of the area.
The storage process involves receiving, conditioning (cleaning, sorting and drying) and storing the beans (soy and corn) in order to supply the production plants, as well depositing the solid finished products for their subsequent dispatch.
This process involves two stages. First, the soybean is conditioned, sorted and its shell gets pelletised, then crushed, and the seed is flaked. Secondly, on one side, the flakes are subject to a treatment with solvent, through which the soybean oil is extracted. On the other side, the remaining solids are crushed in order to obtain hi-pro soy flour.
In the pre-treatment plant, the degummed soybean oil is refined for its later submission to a process of chemical transesterification by adding methanol and methylate as alkaline catalysts. Next, the biodiesel moisture obtained is removed and the product is ready for its commercialisation. In this stage, crude glycerine is also obtained as a by-product.
In this plant, we produce different mixtures for animal feeding based on the requirements of our clients. These are made up of a mixture of macro, medium-size and micro ingredients, thus obtaining balanced food, protein concentrates and pre-mixes. They have either a powdered or pelletised presentation, and can be dispatched in bulk or pre-packaged.

The complex has an Effluent Treatment Plant (PTE) designed for the treatment of 600 m3/day of waste water with high organic load, generated during the production processes of plant oil extraction and biodiesel production. Besides, it is equiped to recover the floating oil (soap stock) from the effluent in order to incorporate it again to the biodiesel production process.
We are committed to considerably reduce the characteristic waste generation of production processes by adopting waste treatment practices, such as:
